Sahara Card Room chip from the Sahara in Las Vegas, circa 1970's, from their poker room. Used as ante and/or to make change to nearest 25c in the house rake on the games. Not particularly difficult to find, but some have pretty worn hot-stamps. The one you show has a better hot-stamp than many I've seen. This may be from the era that Del Webb Corp. ran the Sahara, though not sure on that.
Holiday Casino is from the LV strip casino that eventually became Harrah's Las Vegas. During the era shown, the casino, with showboat theme was near the street, and the separate Holiday Inn hotel was behind it, as shown in the graphic on the chip. Holiday Inn did not run the casino, even though names are similar. The head casino executive was a woman (Claudine ________ -- can't think of her last name right now). It was unusual to have a woman casino boss in those days; Four Queens had a woman boss too, I think.) Note that the chips is counter-stamped & cancelled "No Cash Value" in gold. Some of these were given to Holiday Casino management as gifts after these chips were retired from play.
