You send a smart techie guy some money and he sends you a program that lets you bid at the last minute. Over the years I have bought 2 of them and was not even smart enough to get them to work.

I gave up.

However, now they write them were you do not download any program, you just send your bid amount and item number and it fires it in there at the last minute from their computer. You know what they call those programs I am sure. SNIPER
The one I now use, the guy can't guarantee your bid will get submitted in time , as many things can go wrong, but it has worked most of the time. Until everyone will be using them I think it saves you money because they do not see your interest.
