My point is that the nation was laughing at obvious contempt for the law. Whether we like a particular law, or not, laughing at that attitude coming from the very top of authority in this nation I believe is symptomatic of an attitude that is typical of a large segment of our nation.

And I beg to differ with you that MJ isn't the cause of killing for drugs in this nation. That is happening often. It is one of the causes.
