Win Cards is a casino promotion where you buy 15 NCV (1 dollar) chips for $10 cash. Each chip is then used in match play at either blackjack, roulette or craps. Along with the 15 NCV chips, you also receive plastic cards (Win Cards) that are designed to assist the newbie gambler in making sound gaming decissions. A. Fill-out the slot club membership form.
B. Get membership card.

You then receive:
