Duke, and anyone else who does not know,
Win Cards is a casino promotion where you buy 15 NCV (1 dollar) chips for $10 cash. Each chip is then used in match play at either blackjack, roulette or craps. Along with the 15 NCV chips, you also receive plastic cards (Win Cards) that are designed to assist the newbie gambler in making sound gaming decissions. Like, if I get 17 in blackjack and the dealer has a 6 showing, do I hit? Well, use the blackjack Win Card to dial in the numbers and get the answer (which is hold). The scan below shows the entire process to get the chips, as follows:
A. Fill-out the slot club membership form.
B. Get membership card.
C. Once a member, fill-out Win Cards form.
D. Get signed authorization certificate, and
E. Take certificate and $10.00 to Cashier's Cage.
You then receive:
1. A plastic bag to hold your goodies.
2. A tri-fold brochure that explains basic rules of craps, blackjack and roulette. Each fold has a pouch that holds each of the Win Cards, which are:
3. The roulette Win Card.
4. The blackjack Win Card.
5. The craps Win Card.
6. If you like your dealer use the pink slip as a bet for the dealer. If you win, dealer gets one dollar.
7. The 15 NCV 1 (V2388) Unicorn chips being used by Excalibur.
Yes, the authorization certificate is good for another Win Cards baggie of goodies.
I hope this helps.
