Those odd roulettes were made by Paulson. There are some Paulson samples like these around to prove it.The MGM in Vegas used this type exclusively for their second generation roulettes, now obsolete. The Venetian had 2 tables of these after opening, but they disappeared after about a month. Hope this helps.
