However, if you don't have the International(National) leadership and volunteers, who is going take the bull by the horns to put on this "NATIONAL CASINO COLLECTABLE CONVENTION"?

Again with no International/National, what are these CHAPTERS, "CHAPTERS OF?"

I to am a member of Silver Striker's and Nor-Cal-Nev chapters it definately isn't the money.

A SIDE THOUGHT HERE! If chapters are allowed to have non members of International in their chapter how many chapters can this same non-member join without being a member of the International????

However, I agree with you, down the road(a long way down) if this rule isn't overturned there may not be a International/National.
