I won an E-bay bid on August 10. Sent a check the following day. The seller responded immediatly stating the chip would be sent priority mail and insured. My payment was with a check and I included my CC&Gtcc number. The seller indicated that checks would have to clear. No problem. My check cleared several days later and no chip. I E-mailed the seller and his response was that he recieved it on August 15. He also said he is out of town a lot in the summer but would mail the chip on monday, 8-24=2000 . The chip has not yet arrived as of this date. My purchase was not very large but I do consider about $60.00 a buy of some importance to me. I sent the seller an E-mail this evening stating that the delay was unacceptable and I wanted the chip ASAP. I also said I would not leave any E-bay feedback because if I did it would be negative. Am I expecting a little too much? My feedback rating is only 37. His is about 127. I was hoping for this chip some time ago for trading purposes and maybe I overreacted. I would appreciate any opinions on this matter. If Im wrong I will certainly offer the seller an apology for my terse E-mail. Thanks, Don
