I also agree with your posting. Plus a few thoughts of my own.

Let the newbies get aquainted with the chip collectiong community. We all know they'll get hooked. Give them a 6 month "Guest" period. Then I'm sure they will WANT to Join the National, or International. If not, they can with draw from the Local Chapter. This shouldn't be a forced issue. But it's not a free ride either.

Yes, in the end, all local chapter members should be members of the International club. But let them find out what the club is all about first.

We definently need more Female members!!!! <g>

Also, I will be Happy to vote for Chuck and his other brother Chuck.
