Definitely sold at Paulson retail store; I got a set there myself.
The club in Gardena was always called the Horseshoe Club (never Casino). They may have planned to change their name, I don't know. They closed around the time that competition increased when the first non-Gardena larger clubs opened (California Bell; Bicycle Club). As to whether they were ordered for the club, I don't know. Alternative is that Paulson made them specifically for the retail market. Either way, I consider them fantasy chips.
