Here's where "discussing" a Top 10 list becomes almost impossible. It's easy to add names but then you have to suggest who should be dropped. Probably not the best thing to do on a public bulletin board where many of the candidates would read the discussion. On the other hand, expanding a Top 10 list makes it pretty meaningless. By definition it can only have 10.
