I have the same question as Rich. Back in the early 80's at an outdoor show in Western Connecticut--in the mud and raid as I plodded from flooded tent to tent, I would call out, "Poker chips?" and swim over if I got a positive response. One dealer had a card board box filled with these framed chips--said he got them at a gun show out west; said he had several thousand of them and that they were from some club. So I bought a double handfull. Called Doc. Myers who said he had probably bought from the same dealer in a Louisville show earlier. Not much of a story, I guess, but I too wonder how these chips can be attributed.
