Brian; Think about what you've just posted. If new information was updated on page 101.... where would some of that now displaced original information that formerly appeared on page 101 go? Well, on page 102, of course. And the additional information that was inserted on page 102 would be pushed to other pages that would need to be updated.... and so on. How much should the authors of TCR charge per page of these "updates" in order to make it worth their while?
Hence, a whole new version for the following year is most desireable (in this collector's respectfully offerd opinion) instead of "updates".
