Hi Bob - When you get to the "Chapters" section of the By-Laws, scroll down to "Chapter rights"... especialy to the "additional funding" part that they can request. Now that non-members can legally be chapter members, they, too, will benefit fron OUR dues money if such funding is granted them. Hell, with the blunder our club officers made with this decision...who knows what they will agree to down the road. I sure hope that I'm reading it right. If so, then something needs to be done...and soon.
