I know about the Blue Chip Riverboat in Indiana, yet this doesn't seem to match any of the chips from there - as they were PaulSon Full Graphic chips.
Where is West Lafayette in relation to Michigan City?

If it is a different place, do you know what this chip was for? It doesn't indicate that it is a NCV, nor does it have a "$" on it (purity plane chip for a $500 if it was...)

May be something to do with the Indy 500? Promo? or???
