What I'm also against is that NOW a
non-member of OUR CLUB can even ask of their chapter
to request additional funds for specific projets.
Can you imagine our club dues even being considered
to go to a project where person(s) who will have no
part of our club can benefit?

There was a serious error made. We need to correct
it now.
