As the former President of the Union representing the Engineering & Technical personnell at Boeing, it is difficult to bite my tongue on this one, but I will because the issue is not Organized Labor. Every organization I have seen, from Boy & Girl Scouts, Little League, All Fraternal Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, BPW and other women's organizations through 4H and Future Farmers of America (and I suspect ACRA, NHRA and other racing organizations), requires membership in their National Organization as primary to participating in any of their functions, such as belonging to a chartered subsidiary. So, what model does CO Chapter use as the basis for justifying it's current exemption?
