The Sultan's Table was at the Dunes - The Maitre'd was a guy name Pietro. He now has his own restaurant at the Tropicana called Pietro's (what else?). It is a fantastic restaurant and Pietro still does a lot of table side preparation. If you go, definitely have him make you the spinach salad with hot bacon dressing right at your table and the house specialty has got to be Pietro's Pasta - it is to die for!
