Actually you are wrong on several counts. Doris is and was a member of the CCC before I knew people saved and took home chips or tokens!

I'm the rookie here, and personally resented the national organization insisting that every member of a local chapter be required to be a member of the national organization. They made the correct decision. Please show me ANY collecting club that requires national membership if that member wants to join a local club! I don't think you can, because our constitution and original bylaws were (in large) written by people who only knew how to deal with people from a union management perspective....

I have the utmost respect for you John. I'm sure this won't be the only topic that we disagree on, but I don't want such disagreements to interfer with other common interests.
