There has be a by-law change that was announced at the club business meeting
regarding membership in local chapters and the national...the details will
be in the next club magazine...my over-sight not to sent the revised by-laws
to the club webmaster to change on the club website.

The change is as follows:

The By-Laws state that collectors who are not members of the National Club are not eligible to be members of local chapter. The board discussed the issue and felt that the point was too restrictive to the local chapters. The By-Law change is to VI. CHAPTERS Point B. 3. Drop the line “but collectors who not not members of the Club shall not be eligible to be members of Chapters”.
