If we have speciality chapters, which I like, especially the slot card and roulettes, what would the chapter members do for the national convention?

Those that are members of both their specialty chapter and the national don't have a problem with admission fees, etc. But if you are only a member of the speciality chapter and not the national, how would that fee be structured?

If we go to the format of Admission fees, I think we'd have to look at different price structures for the convention. I would guess there would have to be three groups of fees.

1. Those that belong to the national (being a member of a speciality chapter also doesn't come into play here)
2. Those that only belong to a speciality chapter
3. Non member

Just rambling here early in the morning. What does anyone else think?
