...but as I've said before, the seller has got to want to do this. By us jumping up and down saying he is wrong doesn't seem to work. All my suggestions are for is to prevent this from happening again... not to nail him to a tree. You nor I can do nothing to force the seller to even meet the buyer half way. He has made his decision...so have we. I think it's over.
