...about the Tropicana is what I've read about the place being on shakey financial ground. I would rather see a solid venue for more club money than risking another Aladdin type closing with the resulting scramble to find us a home for the convention.

I thoroughly enjoyed the convention at the Trop this year, thanks to everyone that made it possible, but, I think it'd be better to take the Orleans offer to host it next year.
