I slip away to Tahoe for 4 days and missed all the action <G>.....

Dean said "...But he chose not to insure the chip and I am not going to just eat $200" Wellll.....Dean NEVER offered me insurance of any kind...never mentioned it!! I guess that makes him a LIAR among other things.........I have ALL the emails that transpired between the two of us...

Don't you think that someone that was making $175 Profit on a "just released" Chip could afford to pick up the insurance?? ( He DID pick up the postage) I wrongly assumed that he was an honest seller as were the many others that I've dealt with and that he was responsible for the item until the buyer took possession of it....100% of the BB responses agreed to this and said if insurance wasn't offered AND declined, then it's HIS problem.....

Dean told me that he knew someone at the Hard Rock that might have a $25 Cure chip that he would sell for $100, and if Dean could buy it, he would still send the chip......welllll.....not only hasn't he sent the chip or refunded my $$$....but he won't even give me the courtesy of an email reply when I inquire about the status of his friend's chip...

There is no question in my mind WHY Dean ISN'T a member of the Club, because in doing so, he would agree to the ethics that the Club have determined to be the Standard Business Ethics that we all abide by.......

And if he doesn't care about "certain members"....WHY does he read this BB???

Dean STILL can redeem himself.....and I believe, save his reputation...I wonder if he is man enough or just plain greedy?????
