What I disagree about is the first part of your statement...being that
there is nothing written within the USPS....just because something
is written down somewhere saying not to do some action,
doesn't make it right to go ahead and do it....no one ever wrote
a statement that says "No one shall poke John Benedict in the eye
under any circumstance" but I'm sure you'll agree that it shouldn't
be done. <G>
Then you mentioned a matter of ethics...which is what I do agree
with...I just don't think EVERYTHING needs to be spelled out in
black and white for adults to know right from wrong.
