Well to the few of you that definately have no life, you are finally going to get what you have been wanting, a RESPONSE. I am actually trying to kill some time, which is the only reason I am finally wasting my time and putting something on here in response to idiots like Andy!! Obviously by your attempts to bring an end to my chipping world, you have failed miserably. You can take a couple of bad things that happened out of over 15,000 good things and blow them out of proportion all you like. The reason so many of your members still deal with me with is obvious, THEY GET GOOD CHIPS AT GOOD PRICES!! That is why I sold out on my Chuck's Golden Spike Sets in less than 7 hours in spite of your negative crap!! To answer a little to your two biggest beefs, which seem to be Carl Cole and the Thunderbird chip, I will answer only to let a few good members like Katie hear my side. I am not asking for anyone to change their minds about me, because frankly I don't care about the 6 or so idiots on this board that need to get a life. Anyway in regard to the following:
1. Carl Cole: He was one of 6 people who bought a $25 Cure chip from me at less than anyone else was selling them for. He was the only one who didn't receive his. He told me the package definately looked like the it had been damaged. I believe Carl, and had no reason not too. But he chose not to insure the chip, and I am not going to just eat $200. You guys had a huge discussion on who should pay for insurance, MY opinion is if you want it, pay for it.
2. Thunderbird chip: when I bought 4 of them at the show, I understood there were a couple of boxes found. To me that meant 200. If a chip is worth $2000 and only a couple of hundred were found in good shape, then I felt the chips would still be worth at least $300. If I chose to resell a couple of the 4 that I bought, that is my business. I never went out out expecting to get thousands for this chip knowing that everyone had them. I felt that if I was at the show in Las Vegas, and had access to them, and then make a profit, thats business. There was a huge stink about emailing bidders on my chip, and it cost some people their ebay privleges for interferring with my auctions.
At any rate, you people can draw your own conclusions about me. I have thousands of supporters, and couldn't care less if a few idiots don't want to deal with me. ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO THEM, IS GET A LIFE, GROW UP, AND GET OVER IT!! And to those who do deal with me, as you know, I thank you always, and its a pleasure doing business, I have made some great friends. This should give you guys a juicy topic for at least a day to spend you priceless hours on.
