So what you're saying is the buyer deserves a neutral or a negative feedback, but you think he should not get one because of fear of retaliation? So you think negatives or neutrals should never be left?

While that attitude is understandable, I guess, I'm always grateful for the sellers who have the gumption to use the system as it was intended to be used, to warn the rest of the community of a troublesome eBayer.
