"With 4,000,000 auction running at any given time, the best eBay can do with the thousands of complaints they must receive daily is a "triage" process, and focus their resources on the REAL threats to the community, not every trivial dispute that some user with an attitude thinks is important."
If "the best eBay can do with the thousands of complaints they must receive daily is a "triage" process" then eBay should hire MORE people to handle the job. They are making a fortune & should do ALL that needs to be done.
As for "This isn't a forged Monet, a counterfiet Lincoln signature, a fake Versace handbag. This is not a case of a seller auctioning thousands of dollars worth of goods and then absconding with the money."
It might not be, but if a person gets burned for $10,000 or $100 the amount makes no difference they should be protected either way. The same goes for BUYERS not being told the important facts of an acution that WE all know as does the SELLER who left them out because it would increase his high bid............Andy - Las Vegas
