I don't want to pay twice. If I have to pay $5 let a collector pay the full freight for them and I'll pay him. What's the advantage to being a club member? Pay an extra $5 in dues then another $5 to access a single record?

If a collectors pays the club the $5 fee, will the club continue to sell information on this same chip for $5? Must a collector sign a "I will not let this information out to any other collector" agreement?

Any acquired records should be put on the net, available to all club members. Possibly a one time fee for a password needed to access the information (all information)might make sense. Maybe a password for each chip mold might also make sense.
