We get the tables from an outside source. Neither the Trop or Orleans has enough tables to accomodate us. This year we did hire the table company to setup and takedown the tables.
The setup also includes putting up the sign uprights and signage, draping the tables, distributing the showcases, setting up the chairs, and a few other items.
I believe I have someone willing to chair the committee but they need about 5 volunteers. The setup takes from about 9am - 2pm on Tuesday and takedown is Saturday from about 4pm until 6pm. If you are willing to help, send me an e-mail or post here and I will pass your name on to the (hopefully)new Chairman.
