Well put. Our Convention is put on with about 20 volunteers, some of which donate an hour or two and some, like the Blancks and Sandersons, that work 3 1/2 days non-stop.

Belinda and I have begged for volunteers in the past as I know Mike Skelton did when he was Chairman, and have had very little response.

I can tell you that when Saturday came I was glad the Convention was over. This was my fifth Convention (2nd as Chairman) and I can honestly say in the past I never wanted it to end. This event is getting so large it is taking a toll on the small group who put it together. If more people don't step up we are going to lose the volunteers we have and then it's going to get even tougher.
