Unfortunately we can't have the educational seminars in the evening. We already have the following schedule for evenings:

Wed - Opening reception and trade session.
Thur - Club business meeting.
Fri - Club auction.
Sat - Last dance trade session.

Also I think most memnbers use this time to have dinner with old friends and visit some of the casinos. We don't want to do it during show hours as it pulls people off the show floor.

I agree if the meetings could be held other than 8:30am more people would probably attend. Unfortunately too many things to do and not enough time.
