... sellers who commit fraud, misrepresent their merchandise and/or take your money without delivering the goods ... and buyers who fail to pay for their merchandise, especially if it has already been delivered.

I would also like to be warned about sellers who charge excessive shipping and handling fees (and yes, there IS such a thing), to be sure I don't accidentally put myself in a position of having to pay them (as I did recently and will discuss in another post here shortly).

There are other kinds, too, but those are the ones I see as most pertinent to this conversation. ----- jim o\-S
