No matter how it is done, it is still dangerous. While I agree that generally opinions are not actionable and that truth is a defense, the problem is that truth has to be asserted as a defense and that comes only after one is hauled into court. I had too much exposure defending libel actions as a kid lawyer to be comfortable with Charles' plan.
