True, but what I feel Travis is suggesting is why
even subject yourself to the "risk" (his key word) of costly litigation in hopes
to "prove" (is what you're suggesting) these FACTS are true regarding fraud, being illegal. unethical or otherwise inappropriate (to quote you, somewhat)? I suggest Charles take the advice of the good Professor.
