Easy for me to say it, since it isn't I who is considering sticking his neck out, but I have this observation:

If the FACTS are true, there is no threat of a successful suit for libel.

Opinions are never subject to the libel laws.

Charles' idea has been used for years in other venues. Perhaps the best known is Consumer Reports. Ralph Nader also comes to mind. Investigative journalism.
