You ask a fair question. The Trop was scheduled to provide tables just like previous years. Unfortunately they did not get set up. It is my responsibility to make sure everything is in place before the meeting. I got tied up helping take down the showroom and failed to check on the room setup. This was the only thing the Trop did not have set exactly as we asked so I have no complaint with the work they did.

No excuses, it had been a long week and it just got overlooked by me. Next year I assure you it will be checked. Thanks.
