Good comments. I would not be making any judgements or comments about any individual or any behavior. I would just be reporting the facts, backed up by documentation. The sellers and buyers would not be limited to just eBay transactions. And again, there would be published guidelines on what it would take to nominate someone for the list. I am not afraid of exposing the bad guys, if I have the appropriate documentation. I am more concerned about a good guy getting on the bad guy list. Now that would cause a problem.
