I've got a category that I think might be beneficial...

I've had experience on ebay where the buyer had nothing but positive feedback. Was high bidder on a few lots. Payment was a little slow (think it was about 2 or 3 weeks after close), but it came.

I did not hold check (never do), just sent the chips. 10 days later, I got note from my bank that the check had bounced. Emailed buyer, said he would make good. That was the last that I heard from him. Never returned anymore emails. I'm out the chips, postage, money and to add insult to injury, my bank also levied a NSF returned check charge on my account too!! Looking over his feedback rating, looks like he bounced another check on S. Goodrich.

Maybe these people are the ones that you should keep a list for.
