Good luck to you Charles. You've got bigger "chips" than me. I wouldn't put my name on any critism of a seller or buyer. Rene got himself threatened recently and eBay has their own idea of what's best for the eBay community that you may find yourself at odds with.
Some of the catagories are pretty subjective I think. A poster recently pointed out shipping on an auction that stated "$3.20 Priority Mail (no exceptions)". When he wrote that he would be reluctant to buy with such shipping fees he was accused of insulting conduct by someone who had a different idea of what proper shipping fees ought to be. Too long to ship? Problem sales? Same thing, I think. I had an incident with a notorious seller that eventually left me in the catbird seat but with my nose decidedly outa joint. I was "made whole" but I'll never buy from that clown again. Perhaps a list of people "Mark doesn't Like!".<g> I'll never attach my name to comments on that seller here or on any public forum. BTW, I have managed to protect others from this foul ball but I'm not going to expose myself to whatever may come your way if you post a list on your web site. Also I've had times when good sellers could have made some of the lists for whatever reason.
Anyway, I know you want the list to be a positive thing, but I would not do one myself. Too many ways to make a mistake and too many ways to expose myself to problems. Just my opinion.
