There is no way the chip was made on purpose.
I say this because:
Gaming would have had to approve the mistake art work.
Gaming would have had to approve the mistake notched chip.
I say both would not have got pass gaming.
Gaming would not approve a mistake on purpose.
Guess:
Art work without mistake was approved.
Notched chip went to gaming and no one noticed it.

Paul-Son nor the Trop would have been involved with submiting the wrong art or wrong notched chip to gaming on purpose. Penalty is severe!!!!
