PCH stands for Phil & Carl Holt.
I spoke to Carls wife & son.
No delivery date on chips but they are over 50 years old and predate Carls marrage.
They were used in a bar in Alaska and another one in Miami, OK. The OK bar is now a church.
Mrs Holt could not remember the Bar names but is going to try to get the names for me.
