It was blue skies and nearly 100 degrees in Reno today, and there are classic cars EVERYWHERE! Virginia is blocked off from 6th to Liberty (except for a few cross streets), with cars lining both sides. Peppermill, Atlantis and Hilton have huge parking lot areas filled with classic cars on display. I didn't go to Sparks, but we all know what I would have seen. There's more poodle skirts than you can shake a car hop tray at. I think Circus Circus was a bit premature when they proclaimed last year to be "The Hottest August of the Century"!
