No, you do not have it straight.
A KY chipper did make a copy last year and as far as I know, he will help anyone that asks. I am not sure he copied the whole
file as he only collects KY and OH illegals.
There are copies that exist from a few years ago that have restrictions.
Id's from this copy is where you have gotten IDs for many of your C&S chips.
This whole thread on USPC records is MOOT. Copies can be made by anyone visiting the museum at this time. I don't think it
was like that when the 1st copy was made. I could be wrong on this last statement.
