just a quick correction regarding Atlantic City chips. As long as they are inventoried and kept under lock and key they do not have to be destroyed. I think that is a bad law. There have been rumors in the past of obsolete chips being brought from the vault for a fill at a table where a high roller/chip collector was playing. I have no proof just rumors but as long as these chips are in the vaults its something that can happen. I certainly think that it should be against our code of ethics to not disclose the amount of chips found if it is known. I personally have always disclosed the amounts wqhen I have found chips.
