Question for CC&GTCC Candidates

I'm a collector of obsolete Las Vegas chips so that sort of defines the universe of issues that concern me. I'm asking the candidates for President whether they feel the Club should have a position regarding undisclosed "inventories" of obsolete chips. More specifically:
1) There are constant rumors about the mountains of old chips kept in dusty boxes in the vaults of active casinos. Would the hobby be better served if Gaming regulations prohibited this practice (I think this the procedure in Atlantic City).
2) There are constant rumors (in this case probably true) of large chip dealers purchasing entire inventories of chips from closing casinos, usually small and privately owned. Same question.
3) Does the Club have a position regarding the "right" thing to do when a new hoard of chips is found. In this past year we had the Horseshoe arodie event where many collectors paid premium prices, then the large quantity was made available at much lower prices. In contrast we had the Thunderbird discovery in which the entent of the find was made known right at the start.
In each case I think the issue is protecting the collector from market manipulation. I fully accept the risk that if a hoard of "rare" chips is found, then the value of that chips drops (usually precipitously).
Just asking? Sorry for the long post.
