You just give me an idea about the church in Las Vegas that issued chips for und raising. The Egg Harbor Township has designated Fr. F to build the Drexel church from the ground. There were several big donations given by the different churches in the diocese, but I don't know how receptive Fr. F to the idea of issuing chips and selling them to the parishioners in the area and to those who are interested to buy for collections. What would be the denominations? Or simply issue a chip and let the parishioners voluntarily donate the amount they want. Then the problem would be how much would the chip sell to outside the parish. I cannot explain it in simple terms because I know there are more things to consider.
