I want to thank everyone who responed both publicly on the board and by private email concerning my wild idea about our building. I must say I was surprised at enthusiasm shown in almost every email. On second thought I am not surprised at all. If there has ever been a group of people who could accomplish something this big you are that group. I know its a very long term goal, I am also aware of the costs involved in the building and maintaining of a permanant club home, but again let me stress, there are ways to do these things! Neal and Archie both had great ideas as far as pursuing the feasability of the idea. Please feel free to correct the spelling and grammer in my original post and print it in the club magazine, put it on Neals web-site, send it to the board, whatever you have to do to get the ball rolling. I have collected since 1976, so I guess I'm in this for the long haul, if you as a group get behind this idea and make it a project I promise all of you I will dedicate the rest of my life to bringing this project to life, that's how strong I feel about it.
