It's a definite error, and not seen too often on BudJones chips. Will increase the value, but only to a collector of errors. There are a few such collectors, and there will probably be more.

The Caesars Palace $5 error in the club auction this year went for $175. It was a Paul-son chip with an extra set of inserts.
