Sorry Paul, I did not think to ask about old Sam April. If I remember right April is the one that denyed buying the chips at all. He is not the 1st one. I had a guy in Texas do the same thing a couple of months ago. Right name, right address, right age but he didn't buy any chips.

BTW, I have a new Evansville, IN illegal chip, that was Ided from the T mold records. I am waiting for a copy of the card before I post it.
