Just a point of clarification, Kyle and David. The "+" next to the V doesn't mean that the value is more than V. It means, as we've pointed out in the Introduction, that the value of the chip rose during the period from TCR6 to TCR7.

Similarly, the "-" means that the value shown is lower than it was in TCR6.
